Our service is easy, efficient and effective:

  • We are fully insured!
  • Free phone estimate or 30-60 minute information session for a reasonable rate.
  • We charge a reasonable hourly rate with a three-hour minimum. (A travel fee applies only to jobs 30 miles or more from Stratford.)
  • You hire us as a two-person team and we provide the service at your location. You won't have a group of workers traipsing through your home or office.
  • We ask you to reimburse us for any supplies purchased at your request after the service is completed.
  • We accept checks, MasterCard and Visa.
  • All scheduled services must be secured in advance with a credit card.
  • Our cancellation policy is a 48-hours notice or there will be an one hour minimum charge.
  • We do ask that you - or someone of responsibility designated by you (over 18 years of age) - be present in the home or office while we complete our service... unless the home/office is unoccupied.
  • Contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail.
  • We welcome all your comments, any concerns must be expressed within 24 hours after service is completed.
