Our Service is Easy,
Efficient and Effective:
- We are fully insured!
- Free phone estimate or 30-60 minute information session for
a reasonable rate.
- We charge a reasonable hourly rate with a three-hour minimum.
(A travel fee applies only to jobs 30 miles or more from
Stratford.)
- You hire us and we provide the service
at your location.
- We have our own equipment. However, we ask you to reimburse
us for any supplies purchased at your request after the service
is completed.
- We accept checks.
- All scheduled services must be secured in advance.
- Our cancellation policy is a 48-hours notice or there will
be an one hour minimum charge.
- We do ask that you or someone of responsibility designated
by you (over 18 years of age) be present in the home or office
while we complete our service... unless the home or office is
unoccupied.
- Contact us by phone, our website, or e-mail.
- We welcome all your comments and ask that any concerns must
be expressed within 24 hours after service is completed.
